Is van a euro 4

In the process of buying a new van and got someone interested in my old van.

Been asked if the van was a euro 4 but not got a clue. Im waiting on the logbook coming back from dvla as im retaining the private plate so couldn't check that but on an old mot it says IV ?

I put my reg no into the dvla system and it sys its LEZ compliant

What I do know is that im paying around £121 for 6 months tax !
