cold/wet startproblems

hi all

mk5 99transit 80 swb 115,000 miles no engine mods

the problem i have is when its cold and damp when i come to start the van all i get is a clicking sound and the engine wont turn over , i have power to lights and windows but no engine turn over the led light thats connected to the immobolizer goes out . ive checked the battery and its charges up and holds charge and cleaned the battery connections.

this only happens when its cold and damp/wet but once started the van starts every time what can the problem be

Check starter connections and engine earth connections

Onto a starter bolt if I remember correctly
