Starting Problems with a 60 plate!

Hi guys, my 60 plate Jumbo has problems starting! I've got a brand new starter, 2 brand new batteries & I'm still having issues. Intermittently it won't start, it just turns over, I get clicks from what sounds like under the drivers seat, I have to try 2,3 or 4 times before it'll fire up. Can any of you help?

I'd be trying a crank sensor first
