1988 hazard warning light switch

Postby Barry A » Thu Feb 19, 2015 8:48 am

Hi I am thinking of buying a converted transit which is now a vintage style Asquith minibus but hazard light switch failed mot!
Could anyone supply me with a wiring diagram for this year as the present owner is telling me you cant buy original switch anymore & it needs replacing with a dash mounted one?
Any help would be grateful before i buy this van?
Thankyou in advance for any help!
Barry

The switch is part of the indicator stalk, and you'll get one from a breaker, or try posting in the wanted section on here

You could try spraying WD40 down the hazard switch and then operating it vigorously several times.

It worked for me.
