So it might be ok having yours different than others. Not 100% sure that this is the case at yours, but it is common practise to do the pcb:s and designs so.
I got my own vcm2 working better with changing that cap I informed earlier but if your's is working without issues, I would continue using it.
Mine still has ocasional other issues that I'm not comfortable but it will do its work for now.
