Sorry for the frivolity... Just muckin' around  .. As Altransit says...we need to know exactly which animal you have so the guys here can help you as best they can....there's so many different variants of the same models these days it's near impossible to know everything about them all.

Best to put a simple line or two on your vehicle in your signature, then we don't have to ask each time..

Which doors don't lock :?:
Rear normally means wiring loom between van and door
Sliding side door normally means dirty/misaligned door contacts

I had it in the garage (Stoneacre) & they couldn't fix it. The rear door won't lock unless I climb in the back & do it manually, once that locks the whole van locks. The sliding side door opens with the key fob, but once it is closed it locks all the doors automatically ( which I don't want to happen unless I want to lock it) Passenger door only opens & locks with a key ( not fob) Im not very techie so I don't know what you mean by wiring loom
Thanks for your help

Take the rear o/s door panel off. remove the plastic if any and feel up under the door panel(half way up). You will find the loom there. That is a few wires taped in together, remove the tape or covering and look for any broken wires.Problem is that they are all black. You might be lucky and find just one or two to re-join. if there are more you will need to trace them back with a meter and it is a real pain (get auto electrician). Check the action in the door opening, press the button and work the door back to 180 degrees.this will tighten and stretch the loom and eventually break the wires. Plenty on here about it.
Hope this helps. Good luck
