Ford transit not selecting 1st gear and slipping out of 4th

Hi all new to the forum im sure this is a common problem but i cannot find a related thread with my symptoms of my transit.
I have had both new grey and blue gear cables fitted last week the gears are much better but i am still having trouble selecting 1st gear and with it popping out of 4th gear.
would anyone have any idea what is causing it? could it be the cables needing adjustment or is it something more serious?

Any help would be great

Did they adjust the cables correctly?
