No, it isn't good idea.
Mondeo 2,2 tdci engine it is Ford/PSA joint-venture production, in Mondeo from 2008.
It is completly different engine than Puma 2,0/2,2/2,4 tdci, known from all Transits Mk6/Mk7 and Mondeo Mk3.
Good idea it is engine 2,0 tdci from Mondeo Mk3. Mondeo engine 2,0 tdci before lift in 2003 had "long" injectors as Transit FIFA engines - it is possible use your old injectors and injection pomp from Transit (if they are ok).
After lift Mondeo has "short" injectors, they can also work with Transit PCM without any problems, but with "short" injectors.
It is possible use 115HP or 130HP engine - mechanically they are the same. Both, with Transit injection system, have about 130 HP.
Of course, I assume you have 2,0 tdci engine 125HP with Delphi injection system. If you have 2,0 tddi with Bosch pomp - it is different story - little bit more problems with engine swap. But also possible.
