I had one of these in the van when I bought it I but as soon as I try to pair it it comes up with the message pairing failed I cont connect my laptop to do a software update my question is an I doing something wrong or is it fooked?

Mine just connected no problem have you checked the paired devices and deleted your phone and started again ??

The phones never been paired to it

I had the same problem and what it was the parrott had 5 phones already installed in the device delete all your old phones form menu on parrott and then mine paired up straight away after that

Got it working it had 5 phones paired all good after they were deleted just got to do a software update now thanks for the help
