P1664 and p1564

2.0tddi 2004, van was running rough with no power and smoking like hell, I tapped on the injectors and problem cleared it's self for 1 day, now it has started again, no power smoking and rough idel on tick over. So I changed all 4 injectors and now it won't start at all, showing codes P1664 injection pump controls modual malfunction p1564injection pump requesting reduced fuel , and p1631 pcm main relay, I know it's sounds like fuel pump but it was still starting every time until I changed injectors
