1) Replaced Glow plugs.
2) Replace diesel filter.
3) Replaced acturator on turbo.
4) New oil and filter.
5) Cleaned inlet and ports on head ( they was really bad ).
6) Cleaned EGR valve ( but when I take the electronic plug off the engine management don't come on unless I take the vacume pipe off ).could this be the cause.
7) Replaced exhaust filter etc.
The van used to run fine with NO faults what so ever, it still runs now and again there's NO Diesel knock all any other noises, compression seem fine. Had it plugged into computer and there are NO faults showing.
Could any body shed any light on this, it's driving me mad
