Wont start !!!!

We have a 52 reg at work, not sure what mk it is but we started it the other day to move it for a few minuets, after that it will not start, pump has been taken off & sent to diesel specialist & came back with nothing wrong, replaced crank sensor still no start, checked codes & comes up with P0231 Fuel Pump Secondary (Feedback) Circuit Low Voltage replaced PCM & it still won't bloody well start.

Mk6, is it cranking, batteries fully charged, air in fuel lines.

Yes it's fully charged & cranking, Haven t checked for air though, doh

What engine is the van 2.0 / 2.4 tdci/di fwd/rwd, what was the reason for having the fuel pump tested. Check the wiring to the pump for splits and the connectors are clean think I have read on here somewhere about the wires braking.

Sorted, faulty wire to the fuel pump.
