URGENTLY NEEDED: Spring Mountings and rear cross member

Hello - I urgently need help in sourcing rear left Spring Mountings (front and back) and a rear cross member for my 2006, mwb, 280 tdi (100) 2 litre, Ford Transit panel van. Should I be approaching breakers yards for these parts or trying to source new ? Any help in pointing me in the right direction will be most appreciated.

The rear lower crossmember is approx £280 ish from ford. My swb has a mk7 rear crossmember that I bought of eBay it was a new genuine part. The only difference is the seam behind the bumper on the mk7 it's straight and the mk6 has 2 half moons so some bending is needed before it's welded on. Removing one from the breakers would be awkward as there's a sh*t load of spot welds. The spring mounts can be made if you use a metal folder or use a vice, sometimes both are needed
