lucas cav diesel pump leaking

Hi my lucas cav diesel pump 1986 2.5 di (non turbo) engine...is leaking quite badly out of the cold idle arm lever.

Is it possible to just remove the top of the pump to change the o rings or does the whole pump have to come off.

And does anyone know the correct gasket and seal kit for it.
