You need a mk7 dash with aircon, or atleast the aircon ducts from a mk7.

As punto says you def need mk7 ducts and also you need to trim a bit of the heater housing. You will def get it in cause i had the same prob.
If i remember rightly all you do is cut off 2 lugs at the bottom of the housing. That's the only place where the dash gets caught.
Paul2012 has recently bought the mk7 aircon ducts, He may be able to help you with part no's.
Good Luck

Thank you for help and advice :O)....
Yes i have a Mk 7 dash, Mk 7 plastic duct pipes , Mk 7 complete heater matrix/system ... but, it is a standard Mk 7 Non-Air Con , heater matrix/system..
The Mk 7 Ducts do not fit (either end on all of em) and are the wrong shape/size for my Mk 6 heater matrix/system.
When i got the Mk 7 dash , i made a point of also getting the complete Mk 7 heater and heater duct pipes etc... not realising it was not a air con version! Doh!

So... ?
1) I did contemplate completely stripping out / and doing away with the air con mk 6 system (then i could just drop my Mk7 heater unit in.. but this looks like a very bad idea, as Far Too much involved!! :( :| :x
OR
2) ??? Stuck!! do not know which way to head with this?!.. Get another Non Air con mk 6 and start again??

Thank you again... any advice is highly appreciated... Very Frustrating..
:(

Any Ford dealer should have them or can order them in.

I got mine from Ford & were cheap too. Ford Part numbers are somewhere on my thread.

You will be very lucky to find them in scrap yards. I would go to fords and job done. If anything scrappys will be more expensive and may want to sell the whole dash.
