banana engine pats issue

Postby cornishrob123 » Wed Jun 29, 2016 9:53 pm

Well guys I'm now on my second transit pick up to rebody with a auto home camper , first Mk 6I bought the pump went on it .So now I have bought another one 1998 ish reg says its a 2000 plate from a salvage yard with no keys no damage ,But its a banana engine yippie I thought no more PATS bollox to deal with .

So I thought all my key guy has just to cut a new key ,reprogram a fresh key and away we go .He printed a key out ,but had not luck communicating with the imob system .I don't mind wiring a new starter switch because that's gone as well, but have all lights wipers ect. But have three wires from the shut off solenoid .What do I do to power up the solenoid with the three wires that come out of it , or can I just remove the 3 wire shut off solenoid and put a old single wire on off solenoid .
Please help my transit lovers

Remove the 3 wire bit to reveal the single wire solenoid
