Abs warning light not illumnating

Hi all.
I promise I have looked but can't find anything on this topic.
As the title says, part of my mot failure is.....
Abs warning light not illuminated.
I have a snapped abs sensor on the near side. How will I know
when I replace the sensor that this has solved the problem.
Does the abs light come on with the ignotion?

The light should come on with the ignition on then go out once started.

Have you checked the bulb isn't blown, with an abs fault the light usually stays on. N

Thats a good point, I know i have snapped sensor (it's not even connected) but the light has
never came on. I'll also check the bulb.
