Fuel Filler surround & Door removal

2007 Transit SWB 2.2TDCi


Does anyone know how to remove the Fuel filler Door and surround on this unit. The Door has been cracked off of the 2007 unit and I want to replace it with the same part off of my 2004 unit.

Drill pop rivet heads off take fuel cap off slide off , replace is reversal and pop rivet or screw back on

Blue Estate - Thank you for that - job now done. I took off the White doored unit from my 2004 Van - rubbed down, primed and painted it - will fit it tomorrow to the 2007 Van.

You can tap the roll pins out and twist the flap through 90degrees to remove without removing the surround
