Postby Stoke123 » Sat Jan 14, 2017 11:00 pm

Hi there just a quick question I have a transit van 2.4 t350 which I havnt been able to get running for weeks so no ideas what's up with it. I have seen a transit t280 2.0 cheap due to body damage engine gear are perfect just wanted to know will the engine go straight in or modifications needed

Thanks all

Ah yes but what if you convert the rwd to fwd using the damaged 280 for a donor vehicle, am pretty sure dieselhead123 has done the conversion. N

Yeah...won't go in without major modification....2.0 is FWD, 2.4 is RWD....not an easy thing to do unless you have all the required gear and knowledge to do it..
