mk7 2.4 transit fusebox problem

hi i have a 2007 transit 2.4 twinwheel the problem i have is the under bonnet pcm relay no 8 keeps powering up and and buzzing when the van is locked it cut's in and out the dash mileage display also comes on. open the door and it shut's up. before this i had a battery drain problem so fitted a new battery relay under the drivers seat. im thinking gem module anyhelp would be great thanks https://youtu.be/IS5z41lwaqw

Relay r8 is powered by fuse f22 from kl bussbar and then goes to the pcm. It is bouncing by the sound of it, only options i can see are, relay fault, pcm fault, power fault from f22.
You'll need to do some tests to see which is which.

well found the fault someone had wired a tracker in to the head lamp wiring thanks for the help no doubt i will need it again
