2003 2.3 petrol MAF how to test or what cars?

I THINK the MAF sensor on my van is faulty so I was wondering what cars use the same part. Sofar a focus or galaxy to make it easier finding a second hand one, or does anyone know how to test one to see if its working?

Where are you in the country ?
Maybe one from a galaxy might fit but the wiring plug might well be different , when mine went I was lucky enough to find one straight away

How will you know the 'new' one is any good?

Would it not be quicker and cheaper to just buy a new one?

If it's faulty van will run better with it unplugged- on default mode. Changed MAF made no difference whatsoever.
