Look under the driver's seat and see how many batteries there are.
Red flashing led is immorality associated with the immobilizer so either a problem with power /keys/wiring/module.

Ids is needed and if that means paying someone to come and look them that be the cheapest option.

Had a little success with a call out guy Gary Pinkard, he could not talk to engine ECU but after doing some fuse checks and talking to a friend on the phone, he back fed 5a fuse f37 and we had intermittent luck on getting all dash lights up and even got it to turn over. He is coming back on Friday to tow it to this friends place who he is convinced will be able to resolve this.

Apparently there is a dual relay leading to the ignition and one of them had burnt out or something like that, the electrician said he had to bypass it

By passing a relay is a temporary fix, it has failed for a reason, so you need to find out why ( could be wear and tear) then replace it
