Bonnet catch

Postby Adzmtb » Fri Apr 07, 2017 1:17 pm

Hi All,
Has anyone used the wire hook trick I've read about on here to open a transit custom bonnet? If so then I'd be grateful for more details on how youve done it. As I'm all jammed up!
Thanks

Cheers wazza,
Its booked in now to have a new and reenginered key release put in. I asked my local friendly garage if they'd had any issues in the past and all i got was a knowing nod\shake of the head. Apparantly the key mechinism is notorious for basicly being crap. Its ony made out of a soft nylon!
Cheers
