new shape 2016 Tourneo key

Hello I'm sorry if this has been asked before but i'm new to forum and just did a search but could find an answer..

I lost my spare key and am trying to get a replacement sorted

I bought a secondhand key off ebay and managed to reprogramme it in to open my doors no problem. Can I now simply get a new blade cut to match my original or will further programming be needed to get it to actually start the vehicle?
