Central locking issue

Hi I have a mk7 12 plate t350 the central locking has decided to stop working and the side left adding door is dead locked (the black knob won't release it.upon trying to lock the van the horn sounds but getting no. Lose from the central locking trying to lock or unlock.also had the cheap led side bulbs in but they snapped off would this have caused a fuse to blow as had to fish the broken pieces from out of headlights
