Odd resister looking thing

Postby Portafold » Fri Jun 23, 2017 2:06 pm

Hello, I've got a 1990 AutoSleeper (Legend GL) based on a pre-smilie Mk3 Transit, but I can't identify what a lot of the under-bonnet wiring and relays are for.

I have a couple of questions so I'll separate them.

I have an odd long thin connection (coming out of the loom), alongside the leisure battery. Is it a resister? or a fuse? I don't want to go pulling the thing apart if I'm going to break it.

Thanks in advance.
