Mk6 filter housing on a mk7 ?

Hi guys, I believe my fuel filter is drawing in air around where it fits into the housing as the filter feels loose and I can't tighten it any more. So I thought about replacing the housing with new and after looking on flea bay I see the mk6 filter housings are more readily available, so wondering why not fit one to my mk 7 instead. Has anyone already done this or see a problem doing so ? Cheers

Just make sure you use the correct filter element or you'll need new injectors before long

Al it was done in 2011 :mrgreen:

I did write a reply to this but got distracted.
And as Ake said, get the tdci filter. :-)
