Stuck engine malfunction brake light switch mk7

Stuck time to come to sell but this light is more of putting than I thought.

Start engine press brake pedal 3 times engine malfunction light comes on press esc and won't come back on until stop and restart engine no issues of braking or running.

Snap on diagnosis says brake switch fault there's 3 switches on the pedal replaced all with ford parts to no avail
All brake lights work never had towbar

Any ideas as I can't see me selling with this fault
Shame good clean transit as well

I check bulbs all double ones put new one in the rear door single lit, can't mind the code but took the black switch out and it stops the malfunction light coming on but gives me no brake lights obviously

What's the possibility of the light clusters being to Fault?

Rear cluster multiplugs and bulb holders are very likely!
Used to cause a fog light switch fault on mine.
