You'd be better off removing it, and taking it to a garage and getting them to weld the two parts together, it'll at least get you home.

Trying to stick it together won't work for long, if at all

Febi is a good brand and it is also German so should be no problem picking one up  Don't go down the welding road as a dodgy out of balance pulley CAN break a crankshaft  seen it more than once
On the sixth day God created a Sprinter on the seventh he gave it away and bought a TRANSIT

Sorry mate..there is no short cut with this..on one of my mk7 2.4 i changed the pulley on the road side repair with a replacement part (ford didnt have one)
it got me home but every day 100 miles or so a belt was chewed on the edge.. i thought i done some thing wrong missed washes or something like that,,however with another pair of eyes on it my mate noticed (from the side)that it was out of line with the other pulleys..I then waited for the ford one to arrive (next day) when they were both off i compared them on the kitchen side (missis not happy)...
They were sitting totally different to each other..Ford pulley went on 80.000 miles late before i needed another Ford pulley..

So advice SOME PARTS NEED TO BE FORD ONLY...I learnt the hard expensive way lol.
