Turbo return pipe to sump, Snapped Bolt!!

Guys for some stupid reason I used an impact gun on bolt that clamps return pipe into Sump!!

Bolts not coming out.
Do I need to get a tap and thread Kit??

Any suggestions, any one done similar??

Probably easier to get another sump
Ford Transit Custom 280S Trend 105ps
Does this train stop on Merseyside?

Its a mk 7 :?: Big job to change the top sump.Have you a welder or someone that can weld :?:

Why the fook would you buzz gun that bolt..... Were you slackening or tightening when snappage occurred mate ????

I know!
As soon as it snapped I thought what the fook was I doing!!
It's been welded now!

Only had a couple of hrs spare to get stuck into something and I did that!!
