Star curcuit 06 transit

Gday from Australia. I'm working on an 06 transit . The auto trans lite flashes and the panel beeps n the icu hums when you turn the key off. Diagnostics tell me the brake lite switches are U/S but removed both n they test fine. I have replaced 2x faulty Grey relays and charged both batteries.Cleaned n tested crank angle n various other sensors. Tested numerous relays . energising and measuring resistance across the contacts. Yesterday prior to charging the batteries it seemed like a pump was operational from under the left of the car?? ABS?? Would the ECU need programming?? Thanks in advance I cant get this thing to even turn over!!
