fitting a deal mass flywheel/clutch?

I am having a 2.2 engine rebuilt and have bought a new cluch kit (LUK).What is torque setting on flywheel/do I use threadlock/do I need a special tool to fit clutch?I have been told by firm building engine to have two valves renewed one on pump and one on rail?Am getting them to check injectors pump and turbo as well.
