Have you tried coding them in cylinder order, you never know with these evil engines how Lucifer built them. N

Just out of curiosity and in case one of these is ever inflicted on me - what's the correct procedure for bleeding the injectors? Reading your reply I'm assuming there's more to it than with the older engines where I would be getting someone to spin it whilst cracking the injectors one at a time then re tightening once pure diesel appears?

The tdci is a self purging system, it runs under high pressure so I believe you fill the fuel filter and crank the engine, fill the filter and crank the engine, repeat untill running.

I have had the fuel tank empty (I drained all fuel when I miss fueled).
Had the leak back pipes off.
Had the common rail pipes off.
The fuel filter off.

Not all at the same time but the van has always restarted after a few attempts. N

Please feel free to correct me if I am wrong
