Fitting injectors-how? 2.2 .

Shall be fitting recon engine and need to know if I need to fit new injector clamp bolts and any other bits (washers etc ) .System is Denso.Have had them tested (need 2 new ones ).

New bolts from ford £2:88 each, check whether the van has the modified clamps, or needs them?
Full set of seals and washers from tpuk about £25.

If it's a recon, you shouldn't need to recut seats etc.

injectors will need correction codes entered into the pcm with diagnostics, all of them if the no.s have not been noted on disassembly.

And pump learn and injector pilot on completion.

Thanks for info-What do modified clamps look like mine are "cast iron"? Will it drive to get injectors /pumpset up ?

Go by the clamp part number as they look similar, old clamp number ends in AC
