Fuel filter still full of fuel..??
Are the SCV and PRV you replaced genuine Ford items..?? If not you'll probably have problems. The P167B code points to a failed injector learn... Did the learns go through successfully?? The P1250 points to no or low power, poor connection to the fuel pressure regulator, SCV..?
All those codes certainly point to a possible loom/s fault, Might pay to pop all the PCM loom connectors off and check for continuity etc... Also check all engine looms/connections for chafing/damage etc...
