mk7 non starter ?

my mk7 2.4 just stopped the other week and tbh I'm getting a bit fed up with it now. soo many contradicting ideas and recommendations it's like chasing a rabbit down a hole.
it looks like im getting a circuit error in the injector loom and everything connected to it lol :evil: ...
give it another week or so then im burning it and never getting another

its read the codes no problem and I can even do pilot/pump learn etc but I cant figure out why so many codes hence why I think its the loom?
I redid the earths on the near side and that cleared a couple of codes but now these still

all codes are pcm
P2226:16-2F
P251A:00-2F
P0651:17-28
P0404:73-28
P0115:17-28
P062B:16-2F
P167B:41-2F
P1250:13-2F
there is a BCMii U0121:00-08 too but I dont think thats why its not firing.

just checked egr valve n nothing is damaged, motor spins fine and I get a reading on continuity test so all seems fine?

Fuel filter still full of fuel..??

Are the SCV and PRV you replaced genuine Ford items..?? If not you'll probably have problems. The P167B code points to a failed injector learn... Did the learns go through successfully?? The P1250 points to no or low power, poor connection to the fuel pressure regulator, SCV..?

All those codes certainly point to a possible loom/s fault, Might pay to pop all the PCM loom connectors off and check for continuity etc... Also check all engine looms/connections for chafing/damage etc...

yep the filter is full, the injectors learns will only complete when 1 or 2 or the other codes are completed 1st...there not genuine ford no but are denso components. I even put the old ones back n still the same codes and no start.

have you done leak of on the injectors :!:

in my experience if doesn't go past any i would be checking the injectors

but then shite components can give you an headache as well been their done it got the t shirt :(

The P167B code says the learns were not completed successfully...my guess is it's because the valves aren't genuine..! We see this "ALL" the time..!
