hi all put new ford filter on got it running took for a run but kept going into limp mode but when running it was good but rough on idle any ideas?

Get yourself an elm327 of amazon there about £12, then you can read the codes, at a guess it'll be injectors but without the codes it can be an expensive guessing game. N

Yes it has. If you get the code reader mentioned above you will be able to see what the pressure is in live data
