So, first to thank nedforceone for doing Etis info. Now that info tells me that I have a 2.0L Duratorq DI so does that mean it's a Tdci ?
Now on the door it says that its a 85 PS T280 so its presumably the littlest 'un, and I know it works cos I've driven it. It starts every time,drives ok ,stops ok.The only thing the present owner has against it is that it runs out of puff on very long inclines, So when I pass over the dosh,what should I do to it to maximise what little it can do( filters, EGR, etc). This ain't a racing motor,just a mobile toolbox and materials getter for a couple of years, but would like it to do the best it can. All info gratefully recieved by an inveterate motor fiddler and all round bad mechanic.
