57/mk7 2.4 rwd no head lights

hi people new to this ive got a 2.4 mk7 and my mates had hes head near the fuse box and wires and since then i have no head lights and no heater blowers ive checked every fuse and relay the bulbs are fine because they work on full beam and lights also work when i bypass the earth in the relay slot with a wire to join the terminals together any ideas please before i pay to get it looked at

Have you checked "ALL" the fuse boxes...there's three of 'em..!
