Is there any chance you could do a really brief step by step? I'm having to explain this to a mechanic who's never worked on one before.
Here's what Ive got so far:
1, Drain collant via plug
2, Remove expansion tank
3, Remove EGR valve and pipe
4, Use wrench in square tensioner slot to relieve tension and slip the belt off the water pump (Do you have to fully remove the belt?)
5, Undo all the clips for the pipes on pump
6, remove water pump.
7, remove Vacuum pump from water pump.
8, Use instant gasket on vacuum pump and attached to water pump.
9, Do reverse steps 1-6.
Did I miss anything?
