rough/ cutting out when cold

My 2010 2.2 starts easy but wont idle smoothly until warm. It also cuts out because of this at junctions. Sounds like its a sensor of some sort not telling ecu to adjust fuel for cold? No lights on.
One guy said it could be fuel filter or erg but as it runs great when hot Id think the sensor is more likely?
Any ideas?

Could be many things...best to get codes read....a lot of codes don't necessarily throw up a DTC light. Poor idle is often SCV & PRV related...

How many miles on your beast and when was last service & fuel filter done..??
