V6 Holden Commodore Conversion Australia

Hi, has anyone here done a VT V6 Holden Commodore Conversion into a Ford Transit VJ 2000 Diesel
I know V6 Conversion Moree NSW sell a Kit - no mention of Re-programmed Memcal
CAE in VIC also sell an exchange wiring loom and a Re-programmed Memcal to delete vehicle anti theft and engine mounts
Has anyone used either of these companies, what's the pros and cons of either
Are there any other Australian Companies offering a similar products or services
