hi guys
how do you disconnect the headlight whining squeel
when you leave the lights on in my mk6 t300 transit ?
my one squeeling when i am inside the van really annoying
is it a relay in the fuse box or some where close please

my Norwich Ford Dealer is Busseys vans and crap again dont want to help

I assume you mean the headlamp warning buzzer?? I think you can disconnect it but I've not done it myself.

Is there a reason you need to leave the lights on while the engine is not running?? You'll flatten the battery in no time if you leave them on for any length of time with the engine not running.

Pull the relay out, it’s tucked up above the pedals on a mk6.
A white one.

Although the fault is more than likely the pin switch on the drivers door corroded.

Wind a bit of tape round it, muffles tge shouty little fella a bit.
