Fook i nearly had frostbite just before Christmas when ma chariot decided it didn't require one of it's conrods and tried to throw it through the block, and when i started the repair in ma pals yard in the open air it
was -6
Then the refit took place in the
p!ssing freezing rain ... Fookin nightmare....so yes I'm envious of your heat lord K

I pity you poor lads & lasses in the UK....pi$$ poor weather most of the time...Although I could do without the extreme high temps we get here sometimes...it's not always that hot, maybe a week or two out of the whole summer, the rest of the time it's pretty good. Our winters rarely see temps below 15C during the day, overnight it gets down to single figures but that's aboot it..! Never have I seen snow in Sydney in my 56 years.

Yeah... none of us are spring chickens methinks...the cold gets me too but I've never been out working on me van in brutal weather like you poor chaps.....just remember, you can only get syphilis once...but you'll have it for life..! :wink:

I think I’d rather crawl under me van in snow ice and rain in the U.K. then go under a van in Australia you have to many things that crawl and slither about and can kill you :lol:

And a 130, the engine is nearly as bad as my 125, that said I think Mr Andz got his monies worth out of that engine, what did it pop at 340,000 miles. N

362,780mls mate, could've took it on the chin a bit easier if it hadn't happened 10 days before Christmas, just as i was getting busier mate

362,780 miles..!! That's near 585,000kms..! Not a bad innings at all...if I can get that sort of mileage out of mine I'll be well chuffed, only just gone past 75,000miles (121,000kms) on mine, a long way to go to catch up to that..!
