Indicator problem

Hiya guys I have a problem with my indicator wiring..hopefully you can help..they keep blowing the fuse and relay..I took all the wires under the dash closely connected to the indicator relay pulled them all out and tetaped them today indicators worked for a about 3 hours..when to Chinese on was on way back and heard the fuse blow..and when I double locked the van the blue fuse on steering column blew also

You have a short in a lamp or wiring,try and find which side blows fuse then isolate lamps to diagnose,
