People can’t hear me when making a call

I have a ford transit 2015, phone connected to sync, when making a phone call or receiving a call I can hear them but they can’t hear me

Have you checked the mic is plugged in?

There’s a connector behind the Apillar trim.


Also a lot of odd factory radio problems can be cured by simply unplugging the radio and Bluetooth module for an hour or so.

Actually if it’s a 2015 I don’t know where the mic is

If it's a custom,it's in the centre overhead console,early vans,some had mic fitted to wrong side of console,I.e passenger side !
Others benefit from removing the sponge between the mic and its housing,but to be fair,best fix is to get the mk7 style mic,
Clip it to outside of the console.

Be aware they are directional.

There's been at least 3 different mic locations on the custom I know of depending on variant and model year.
