Laser 2000

Hi, does anyone have a laser 2000 reader, and is near Shrewsbury or Telford, that can help me out please? I have a 1999 LDV with the 2.5 turbo engine with 30k genuine miles, its throwing a pump fault code (Epic) on a Snapon reader, but its very vague and I dont trust it. Basically runs spot on until after warmed up, then engine light will come on (usually if If revs drop below 1000) then it goes into limp mode. Nest day when its cold again. its fine, and so on.......
