Transit custom plastic belly plate

Hello does the transit custom 2017 model have a plastic belly plate under the engine only got it delivered 3 weeks ago just wondering if they have forgot to fit it after its been PDI just before i call them tomorrow

Generally only the Russian ones have come with an engine tray.
I can't see why the sudden need for ford to add 1 and spend money since they generally don't do that.
I'd say 99% no.

But there's no harm calling ford to confirm.
You could also check etis, it might say whether you do or don't have 1 which will also conform what i said.

EBay search for sump guard/splash guard shows nothing.
