Rust bugs and worms

Hi have just got a 2002 camper van ex arriva bus been converted professionally
Although has a full mot i have found that the inner and outer sills nearside need repair or replacement and a couple ok holes in the bottom of chassis section .
Has anyone had similar work done and what was cost variables for welding in sills etc ,are they available to fit?
