T350 won't start

Hi,

We can't get our '09 T350 to start, was able to turn on the ignition and have dash and radio work but nothing from the starter. Checked most of the fuses and they all seem fine. Tried again and now starter motor is ticking over but engine still won't start. Tried the spare key but there's no difference, spare key is just a key not electrical.

Not sure if it's relevant but the other half tried starting the engine initially in gear not realising, van started fine this morning.

Checked the battery terminals and they're secure and clean.

Any ideas?

Both batteries Also, you need to check the common earth on the RH front seat fixing bolt.

Have you checked the voltage in each, or better still, get them drop tested
