Transit 2003 rwd mk6 lpg loves the sunshine

I wonder if anyone can help, My Transit, works ok on petrol but if its damp or cold will not go over to gas, the flashing light goes solid meaning the switch is working (I assume), but then it chugs so much I have to switch back to petrol, However, when its warm and sunny, it switches over no problem and runs happily on Lpg.. Any ideas playmates.

I'm guessing the pressures need resetting somewhere, is it a factory fit or after market system?

its a factory fit koltec necam dodge.

Mine wouldnt start in damp weather until a lpg mechanic told me to check the brown wire from the petrol/gas switch is making good contact with the coil or coil lead...mine is wrapped around the coil lead several times..previously it was hanging loose because i didnt realise it was that important [ It is always recommended to connect brown wire to RPM source such as: coil, crankshaft sensor]..now it starts first time i the dampest weather...if only i'd know this before...also ignition amplifier is worth checking if it has one..
